Hi, I compared the stacking sequence between unitape and fabric in the picture... It looks the same in terms of number of plies...my understanding about fabric is woven bidirectional fibers, if it is (0)ply, it means 0/90 in one ply;if it is (45),it means +/-45 in one ply.

But the table seems 0/90 for fabric is for two plies...

The fabric table defines the warp fiber direction for each ply.

Isn't it warp and fill directions giving similar properties? Is there any significant impact with 0 warp or 90 warp?

For most weaves, warp and fill directions have similar properties.

In many fabrics the warp and weft properties are perfectly balanced. In real life, there are some systematic, non-random differences in any given roll of material. To get the best uniformity in laminate properties, it would best to alternate warp direction in x and y directions. This can start to get complicated, however. Particularly, if you are using satin weave fabrics where there is also a warp face and a weft face to consider, as well.
