If you mean Faceted Representations, they can not be convert to Solid bodies. I have only ever seen them generated from a solid not the other way around.
I actually want to get a copy of this human model in ugs nx4 for a flow calculation. body parts are defined as faceted bodies and you can't export them with known file types. In order to do that elements must be defined as solid bodies i think.

I believe there is no direct way to do this. You could try and use a software born for reverse-engineering, if you have some available; or try and find a service who can do this for you.
