Data on failure modes for common HVAC components - Cooling towers, condensers, chillers, pumps, air handling units, variable frequency drives, variable air volume diffusers. Specifically, information that can be used to determine how reliable these components. I will take any information you have; information collected independent of manufacturers would be most helpful. Thank you!

This is my first visit to this site. Given the amount of specific equipment you have indicated, the answer can be fairly extensive. Further, i'm not clear what you mean exactly by failure mode(s). I am willing to answer all of your questions once your clarify "mode", and suggest that you begin by selecting two pieces of equipment at a time. Start with a few your most concerned about. I will check back each night.
