Fatal Error-1101 in Routine GPSODB

Hi,

The follwing error appear in a FE model that I'm running...

" FATAL ERROR - 1101 IN ROUTINE GPSODB

: Error opening application database.


This run of I-DEAS has ABNORMALLY ended. (Application Abort)"

But I have worked around this error by the followwing manner:
- Set your problem to the step before pressing the solve button.
- then close I-deas.
- Start I-deas and then press the solve button.
- And the model will run.

I really don't know where is the problem, but this have worked for me.

If someone has encountered the same problem and have solved it in an more orthodox way, I'll appreciate your input.

Hi!
i found the same solution,but i restarted the pc...i think it has probs with the virt.mem file....
still i´m not alone with my solution
