Fault Loss of Phase L1 on soft starter 690Vac Siemens 3RW4453-6BC46

We have tested the Soft starter 690Vac Siemens 3RW4453-6BC46 to install it on the submersible pump 110 kW.
We tested with a motor 5.5 kW . We had attached message.

We increased motor size to 15kW, 30 kW but still same message. But we noticed that with bigger motor , the motor runs a bit longer before the soft starter trips.

We disabled all protection but still same message. Any idea what is the cause? Initially the soft starter is used on fan 690 Vac but now we are using it on 400 Vac. Should we put the voltage 400 Vac in the soft starter settings? But we do not see where. Thanks
