FEA for crack

Dear All.

1.Can anybody introduce some guide book or learning material about design of pressure vessels by ASME DIV II PART 5& which software recommended for this purpose?
2.is there a comparative table that shows advantage and limitations of FEA software for crack and fatigue in metalls?
