FEA with CatiaV5

Hi everybody,

I've been working with Catia V5 module "advanced meshing tools", and I don't know how to analyze the meshes I've created in the "generative structural analisys" module. I don't even know whether it is possible to do this... Can anyone help me?

Hi,

Your question is unclear. What do u mean by analyze the meshes? Do you want to find out the number of nodes and elements present in the mesh which was created in Generative Structural Analysis (GSA)? If that is the case, then switch back to the meshing workbench and right click on the tree node 'Nodes and Elements' and select the analyze option.

If you just want to visualize the mesh, then choose the mesh visualize option by right-clicking the nodes and elements tree node in GSA itself.
