Anyone have experience with using fiber mesh in clean rooms or epoxy coated floor areas for slab on grade?

To me, it sounds like they would be incompatible. Let me know. Thanks!

Epoxy coated floors are fine. Most of the semiconductor grade clean room wall panels are coated with static dissipative epoxy.
