Field Cutting and prepping ASTM A335 Gr P91

Hi,

I need to cut out some components in a socket weld (SW) A335 Gr P91 line.What is the best method for cutting and preping to avoid thermal damage to the material?

We would normally grind out the socket weld or use a portable band saw to remove the component.
