file.rst cannot be openned????

hi, i've a trouble. when i try show a solution of one analisys i appear the get the next error message.

The result file C:\Users\Rodrigo\Desktop\aerogenerador\ansys12.1\AE-61_files\dp0\SYS-1\MECH\file.rst cannot be opened.

in addition, i can not run SOLVE for any analisys because i get a unknown error.

how can i solve it?

Hi, do you use resume command (Utility Menu>File>Resume Jobname.db ) before to open the results file?

no, i open my proyecto directly. Before, i can open the proyect without problem, but one day i can't run it. i think that the trouble is in the core.
