Flooded Evaporator with Evaporative Condenser

I intend to modify a flooded evaporator R407C screw chiller with evaporative condenser, can anyone tell me any precaution involved?

Some supplier told me there will be problem of oil management, some told me that accumulator should be size correctly, etc
