Florida Energy Calculations Programs

For those of you located in Florida.
What program do you recommend for producing Energy Calculations.
The program we currently use does not seem to have the right options for FL conditions.

Any suggestions would be great.

Energy Gauge Summit is what I've used. The UI isn't great but it gets the job done.
