Hello guys, I am trying to calculate the flow rate of the viscous liquid that is being pumped using a peristaltic pump. The information I have is
RPM of pump = 225rpm
no. of rollers = 6
internal diameter of the pipe = 3mm
Rated voltage of stepper motor = 12V
Rated current of stepper motor = 1.7A
Holding torque = 260mN.m
Detent torque = 12mN.m
Dynamic viscosity = 38.286mPa.S
Kinematic Viscosity = 33.060mm^2/S
Density = 1.158g/mm^3
and also the length of the pipe
so guys please anyone help me with, how to calculate the flow rate or the equations to proceed further
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions the forum may have!
