Hi aaaaaaa

Sorry I can't answer your question but I was wondering if you have any clear general arrangement drawings/sketches of wet-back boilers you could give me that I could use for a little project I am doing regarding the features and operation of small boilers.

IMHO:
a.Check if you have tube leaks.
b.Is your mixture set right? O2
c.Fire your boiler harder.
d.Can you fire with another fuel until the boiler is up to temprature?

I would start here, then explore other items.

Realy very interested subject..

I think i am able top give you important assistance..
However before doing that i need some onformations..
(1) Specification of your boilers and manufacturer.
(2) Specifivation of your burning fossil.
(3) If stean or air blowing is applied.
(4) What kind of cleaning and what method are you applying untill now, and whow much time you need to clean each boiler.

Please revert..
