Has anyone used FRP rods as reinforcement in concrete beams. I am trying to obtain some design info.

ACI Committe 440 has a design guide fo rexactly what you speak of called "Guide for the Design and Construction of Concrete Reinforced with FRP Bars" (ACI 440.1R-01).

Contact ACI to obtain a copy of it.

Also, obtain design values from the FRP supplier.
Concrete design (for bending) with FRP is more conservative than with conventional reinforcing. Not all bent shapes are available when using FRP. Development lengths are different. A FRP supplier that I have used in the past is Hughes Brothers, Inc. They have a web site and are fairly helpful, even on the design side of things.
