Hallo,
is any codes/regulation that requires to automaticly switch-off the power by Control Panel (FACP) in the room protected by automatic gas suppression system?
Thanks in advance!!

I want to say the answer is no.

I have not seen it done

What is being protected?

I don't see the point in cutting the power supply if you are designing the gas suppression system for class C hazards. However necessary action shall be taken to shut down the HVAC and to activate the fire damper.

Aadil, I have the same meaning. HVAC is out, dampers closed. It was a discuss with some US technical staff that claims that in their opinion total power should be switched-off by FACP.
Our Host Nation codes and also EN norms don't require it as well.
