How can I determine the syncronous, transient and sub transient reactances of a generator?

These values are usually supplied by the manufacturer. You will have to get in touch with them, or use generic values for the size/voltage unit you have.

Hi, as we all know that reactances are changing with respect to time during fault condition and it is very tedious to do so the mathematicall determination of these values, so, in this case, it is better to ask the manufacturer of the machine for all that important data or else, you could find some typical values from any electrical machine books / standard publication .
