German BV specifications

I am looking for German specification BV0420. It has something to do with "anti-magnetic materials". So far I am having a very difficult time finding any mention of this spec anywhere, much less a copy. The furthest I have been able to get is to the German BAAINBw site. I was referred there by IHS and by a number of other leads. I am familiar with the BV043 spec for shock (similar to MIL 901) but I can't even find a source for that one.

Does anybody know where to find these BV specs or know of a cross reference if they were replaced?

I had seen those threads, unfortunately they don't really offer any answers. I had tried with both IHS and Beuth. IHS referred me to the BAAINBw site that in turn referred me to Beuth and they didn't know what I was talking about. We have a sister company in Italy that has also been unsuccessful in attempts to locate these specs. We have a copy of BV043 from some time ago and it mentions a few other BV specs in a list of referenced documents. They certainly exist; I can't believe they are so difficult to find.

Since this is relating to ship design, non-magnetic would be all steels that don't stick to magnets; if they aren't attracted to magnets, they wouldn't have a residual magnetic signature. Page 257 mentions 0420 in the context of magnetic signature.

Thanks for the documents IRStuff, more proof that this spec exists. I think the link to purchase is actually an electronics component. I had found some on various sites with the same model number as the spec I am looking for.

The class of document is Bauvorschrift fuer Schiffe which Google translates to "Building regulations for ships," so contacting the German Bundeswehr is probably the next best thing to do.

The link below translates the phrase as "Technical Rules for German Naval Vessels."

To follow up - Looks like these BV specs are usually supplied as GFI. We suspect they may even be FOUO type documents which would explain why they are so difficult to find.
