Greetings to all, Dr. Abe on Win10 stopped working on new install

We moved Dr.Abe from a remote machine to my local machine. Running Win 10. Installed all of our backed up files. However now when I load a DXF, select material and go to "Make Sheet" that button no longer works or does anything be go grayed out.

I saw this topic from a few years ago, but there was no answer to this question. Why it not worky now.
