half pipe jacket on a cone

hi to all,

I need to design a conical pressure vessel with half pipe jacket.
The conical vessel is with full vacuum and the half pipe jacket is with 3 barg.
Is there any code regarding this issue?
According to AD-2000 B6 (Cylindrical shells subjected to external pressure) the code referring to cylindrical shell geometry,
What is the case to a conical geometry ?

Regarding the equivalent cylindrical length.
The number of winding (half pipe jacket) on the cone is different from the number of winding on the equivalent cylindrical length.
For example: the number of winding on the cone is 8
And the number of winding on the equivalent cylindrical length is 15
Due to the fact that they act as a stiffener there is not enough space to put them all on the cone.

Calculate the equivalent cylinder diameter and equivalent length, then calculate the required thickness of this cylinder with P= full vacuum with the same quantity of half-pipe as your drawing.

Also you can see ASME VIII Div.1
