HAP: Air Tempering Unit with vent reclaim (direct exhaust)

In HAP 4.8:
01- When we choose Air Tempering Unit and check on vent. reclaim there is no affect take place on cooling load. How to correct it?
02- How to adjust direct exhaust in the Air Tempering unit with vent. reclaim, because there is no direct exhaust cell in the system.

what do you need exact direct exhaust for? hap does not calculate ducting.

Need to clarify what you are referring to when you say "cooling load" and / or fix your file link.

Have you tried contacting HAP technical support?

Check to see if your return air and outside air temperature are similar. If they are then there will be no benefit in cooling mode. The exhaust is assumed to match either the ventilation load or the sum of the zone direct exhaust volumes.
