Hello experts, i would like to ask if there is an option to change the actual temperature of outdoor air i supplied to the coil? Is there any options from HAP? Currently, hap assuming the outdoor temp from the weather as entering air temp of outdoor air.

only way I could think is setting up DOAS system to precool the air to the temp that you want. What is the reason you want to do this ?

hi engggu, yes, there is option in the weather section, you can manually edit the ambient air condition.

If you have a legal copy of the software, you are on subscription and their support can answer all questions.

If you don't have a legal copy, you should not get advice on any legitimate forum. There probably is something in the forum requirements you agreed to.

If you have a legal copy, and their support isn't helpful (doubtful), feel free to ask here. It just wasn't clear from your OP if you already contacted HAP support.
