how can I get HAP full version for free ??

Assign your network share or shared drive to a drive letter, if not already done. For example, mine is Y:

In HAP:

File => Open => Find => Change (search path).

You should be able to choose the drive letter that is assigned, and navigate from there. Of course, you need to coordinate closely with your supervisor. Don't be trying to edit at the same time. Come up with a version control strategy and rename files when changed so that the other one knows. Et cetera.
