We are using the Mic 10 Portable Hardness Tester, we have a Test Block that has a certificate stating hardness was verified as 236 HV5, can we use the Mic 10 with HV10 probe to calibrate from this Test block?.

There should be a separate test block for the HV10 probe.

If you don't have that, then go ahead with what you have proposed with a possible 5% error.

If you're planning on using this in a professional capacity whereby all instruments/equipment need to be calibrated then you should purchase the HV10 calibration block.
