I keep seeing stories like "Dollar Crumbles to Record Low Vs Euro".

Is this good, bad, or irrelevant for engineers. Manufacturers say its a good thing. I hope they build more plants and hire more engineers. It sure doesn't sound like a good thing though. Thoughts?
