Heating System Higher Delta T's

Does anyone have any horror stories about designing a heating system with a 60 degree delta T? (180 degree supply T) I am working on a heating system that utlizes waste heat and to make the pay back better, I was exploring the possiblilty of higher delta tees. This system will be installed in the NW and the design temperatures will not be that low (right around freezing).

I have designed many systems with a 40 degree delta T. I have had no problems with these systems. If there are performance or temperature control issues, please let me know.

Just a question for you, have you had any problems in selecting equipment with respect to low water velocity. Small pieces of radiation especially, or do you typically size smaller pieces for a lower delta t since it shouldn't have a great affect on your system performance?
