Heavy Metal removal from run-off water from Ash pond

Hello all,

I am requested by Owner to provide scheme for Heavy metal removal of Run-off water from Ash Pond.

It is Coal fired thermal power plant. Owner is not having the details of heavy metal content in the run-off water.

Can anybody help me and suggest the way to decide a scheme. Anyone having experience in providing such Heavy metal removal treatment scheme in thermal power plant Ash/

Can you suggest on how to estimate the heavy metals contained in Ash pond run-off water?

We dont have any details as such regarding heavy metal in the ash.
 
Yes you can. But it is advisable to check the carbon analysis for heavy metal content and accordingly adjust the pH of water.
Here I considered heavy metal removal by pH correction method.
