equivalent to in ASTM (UNS No. ) standard please help out if any information available related to it.

You will find your answer if you just Googled it. I would otherwise suggest getting a copy of the ASM reference "Worldwide Guide to Equivalent Iron and Steel Alloys".

Finally answer for information is
Material Grade X22CrMoV12-1 (1.4923) is UNS S42200 (SS422).
