Help with ideas for cooling system...

Hello,

I'm working on a test stand for items of plant that are usually submerged in cold, fast moving water. They have a cooling demand of between 36kW and 900kW, and vary a lot in shape and size. Assuming that we can't just plumb directly into the onboard heat exchangers, what can we do to cool this kit on dry land?
