Hi,

here is an example NX4 example.
With the parameter "dm" you can control the miter dia, with "n" the number of waves and with "h" the height of the waves.

Here is an NX 5.0 example where if you open the Part Navigator and expand the list of User Expressions, you can edit the 'Outside Diameter', 'Inside Diameter', 'Washer Thickness' and 'Material Thickness'.
