Hi guys, i'm learning about Macros

Hi guys,
i'm learning about Macros and i'm interested in programming in CATIA ect.So i just wanna know the structure to creat a part so then i can execute my programme .As you know a new part must be opened so then i can run my programme,but i need a code to creat a new part.
