Hold down brackets (flat bar plinth type)

Hi there,

I have to do calculation for hold down bracket (flat bar plinth type) for wine storage tank, about the wine storage tank its a huge tank with some parts and height with 6 meter tall and 5 meter diameter, now I want to know how many bracket I need for this tank and have to do calculations for that

so can anyone suggest me from where I can start, because it's my first time calculation for hold down bracket for tank

We need to see what it looks like because telling us it’s 5metres x 6 metres doesn’t tell us a great deal, can you provide drawings of it and what about the wall thickness of the tank?
