Hi,
Any one can suggest in hollow core slabs where as closing piece of the room i.e partial width slab the dimension if foul on the centre of the core is it rquired any corefilling before making any saw cutt,if required HOW long to do the corefilling

If I understand your question for a partial slab, I dont fill the partial core.

Partial width hollow core slabs while spliting off,or during shipping, installation the partial core flanges are getting damaged,by handling. How to prevent them from damaging

Well, cutting concrete damages it. Anyway using the proper tool always help, then avoid impacts. An ideal tools maybe as expensive to the extreme of not to be in the reach of ordinary purses, and so, it is likely that some designer aware of finishing troubles will have or entirely avoided the non unitary parts or embellished it by any convenient finish.
