How to align jumbled multiple dimensions to a straight single line horizontally or vetically in same selecting all the dimension at once.

Below picture will describe the requirement.

One way is to use the annotation origin tool.
In the case pictured above let's assume that you want all the "71" dimensions aligned to the one that is offscreen.
Open the annotation origin tool, select the "horizontal text alignment" option and turn on the "align multiple" option
Select all of the "71" dimensions; do not select the offscreen dimension yet
"Apply" the dialog
Select the offscreen dimension and OK the dialog
All of the "71" dimensions will align to the offscreen dimension. If you used the "associative" option, the "71" dimensions will move to remained aligned to the main dimension if/when it moves.
