How to calculate rebars reinforcement for Mx moment?

I was crated plate element as flat slab. But i want to know about moment to calculate for reinforcement bars.
As file attachment. Please help me to find that and sketch drawing provide rebas in slab section.

Be cautious not to ignore the Mxy moment. If STAAD gives you reinforcement recommendations you will want to see if they explicitly consider Mxy or not.
