how to construct arc

Hi all,

I wanna construct arc (just like in the picture) and the revolve it to be a shallow dome.

Is there any other way to do this than using LINE=P ?

Your attached file is a .cdr file - is this a Corel Draw file? Might be better to attach an image (.jpg, .png).

However, if you are creating geometry, do you not have access to ABAQUS/CAE?

My bad... ok this is the jpeg version.

I have to do it by using input file.

Your only choices are line=p for a parabola or line=c for a circular arc for *NFILL.

If you can describe the profile with a set of equations, then you could use parameters to create the nodes.
