How to convert SLDASM file into NX Part File

How to convert SLDASM file into NX part file? There is always some error when I open the file directly in NX. This file is quite large. It cannot be uploaded here. please download it from my Dropbox.

I looked at your data, in nx8 I cold not read the big frame, tried in ST4, ST5 everything works fine. call report GTAC
