how to extract contour plots and animations from abaqus CAE

hello everybody

I am a beginner with this abaqus cae.

my questions is very basic: is there an easy way to extract abaqus cae reaults such as colorful contour plots and animations? is there a place which abaqus case stores them in common formats for example animations as avis etc? or I have to go deeper and deal with scrpting? but then what is the usefulness of abaqus cae if I can not take something very simple like contour plots and simulations and put in my report directly?

To print out the plots in colour - use File-Print, and under settings, choose destination File, etc. For the animation, Use Animate-Save As.
