How to generate a toolpath just like attached picture showing?

Could you tell me how to get a toolpath just as picture showing when I want to cut the internal slot?Thank you very much!

Hi,

If it is a matter of a single pass then i will use Profile 3D option with Start and Return points specified under non cutting moves.
