how to get help (Documentation) installed on UGNX4

When I open UGNX4 do some modeling & press help on tool Bar I am not getting help or when i press Documentation I get massage as below
File:C:/Program%20Files/UGS/NX%204.0/ugdoc/html_files/Mainlibrary.html
can some body help me please

The NX help files are NOT automatically installed when you install the NX software. They require a separate install from either additional media (2nd DVD-ROM) or downloaded from the GTAC support website. This should have been done by whomever installed your NX software.
