How to produce even-sized balls/pearls with a peristaltic pump

I need uniformly shaped balls of an alginate/cell solution. I have three (but different) peristaltic pumps and hoses at my disposal.
Does anyone know how I could make this process more efficient? Thought of something like a shower head but no idea how I manage to distribute the viscous solution evenly in the shower head. Does anyone have a good idea :)?

The pearl size appears to be determined by simple gravity and surface tension, so as long as the feed speed isn't increased too dramatically, multiple tubes would improve the overall throughput. By applying the main flow far enough back from the shower head outlets, the flow through each outlet should be (roughly) equivalent... the slower-to-fill heads will continue to produce pearls, just at a slower rate. It will take some tweaking, but the distribution channel to the shower head will likely be the only place that needs it... just make that channel long/wide compared to the head itself so outlets in the center aren't provided with more pressure than those on the outer rim.

Arcadio777,

Do you need efficiency, or accuracy?

If you mean efficiency, what do you mean by "efficiency"?

How viscous is your solution?

thank u all for the quick responses.
@MacGyverS2000, thank you very much, that are good suggestions that i will implement. the "showerhead" was only an example and how imagine the outlet to look like (also bc of my shitty english). Do u have a better kind of outlet structure that could work like a showerhead?

@drawoh
efficiency in production meaning that i can produce a lot of beads per hour and accuracy in shape/size. Although i would prefer accuracy over efficiancy if u have an idea.
The most similar i could think of is honey, although slighlty more fluid

A PVC tube, holes drilled along its length, and short pieces of metal tubes pushed in (for better consistency in output hole size). Quite simple (but tedious) to make. Drop size will be based upon metal tube hole size and fluid pressure.
