How to transfer roof truss loads to steel columns if the truss analysis is localized

By localized i mean just 1 section member with tributary area. How do i go about the load path? Truss is analyzed as simply supported. Steel Column is supposed to be pinned, so also how do I model bracings which are steel rods only. What releases should i go for at the ends?
