There is constant air volume AHU of around 30000CFM & in the low side it is fed with bypass VAV around 80nos. If any one can suggest me whether this sytem will work properly.

No offense, but it sounds like you might need the services of a competent HVAC engineering firm and not an internet message board.

The nature of the question and the limited information kinda point that direction. HVAC is way more complicated than it looks on the surface.

to high potantial i read your problem with your a/c not
cooling properly if your home is 3300sqft first your unit
is to small for the heat gain 2.5 ton is equal to about
1400sqft. but to solve your cool mist problem is to
control it by your high pressure on your highside to solve
this problem is to if you have k valves on condening unit
check your head pressure first on real hot day it should
NOT BE HIGHER THAN 300PSI. SO GO BUY YOU A HIGH PRESSURE
CONTROL HAVE A TECHANICAN TO HOOK UP YOU A COOL MIST CONTROL
ON THE HIGH SIDE AT THE KING VALVES AJUST THE HIGH PRESURER
CONTROL TO COME ON AT 275PSI AND CUT OFF AT 225PSI IS WILL
STILL OPERATE YOUR UNIT IN THE HOTEST WEATHER TO KEEP YOU
COOL. BUT CHECK YOUR SQUARE FOOTAGE OF YOUR HOME I BELIEVE
YOUR UNIT IS TO SMALL. CHECK YOUR AIR TEMP AT THE SUPPLY
COMING IN TO YOUR HOUSE. IT SHOULD BE 60-65 DEGEES
THEN CHECK YOUR RETURN IT SHOULD HAVE 18-22 HIGHER THAN
YOUR SUPPLY. AS YOUR A/C RUNS IT SHOULD BRING DOWN YOUR
TEMPERATURE INSIDE YOUR HOME. EVEN ON THE HOTTEST DAYS
THIS WILL NOT EFFECT YOUR CHANGE OF STATE IN YOUR UNIT
AS LONG YOU ADJUST THE HIGH SIDE LIKE I SAID.
