Hi All,
I am trying to design some new hydraulic tools where pressure will range from 1000 psi to 15000 psi. I am familiar with Swagelok and Parker. My question is what fitting standard should I stick to for my Marine and offshore products? I want to stick to one commonly used and available product. Should I go with JIC or NPT or BSP fittings? The reason I am asking is while I do the design I want to refer to a brand and particular standard which is eat and a few fitting list covers my whole requirements. So that I don't spend too much time just going through hundreds of pages of fitting catalogues. I am looking for a particular standard and brand for ease of reference and availability. Thanks in advance.
