Hi,

I'm looking for hydraulic pump which have below description:-

Item Name: Hydraulic Pump
Manufacturer: Analgen & System
Application: Seal Oil System
Model or Part Number: Innenzahnrad Pump
Type: PT 2/5
Country of manufacture: Germany
Description: System Trochocentric Drehzahl 800 - 400 min-1

Is there anyone that could help me to locate the manufacturer or alternative pump?
Tried to "Google" the manufacturer but it doesn't exist.

I doubt that a company called Anlagen & System is the manufacturer. Trochocentric seems to be a patent design which is or was used by various manufacturers. Look here:

A photo would help. And some details of the flow rate, fluid, maximum pressure, power of the motor driving it etc.

I'm not sure that the label/data plate you're reading would have been the manufacturer's own. The "& System" part doesn't ring true and I would have expected something like "GmbH" [Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung] at the end of a German company's name. Could the first word be "Anlagen" rather than "Analgen"?

The speed range looks wrong as well; you would expect it to be a small number (minimum speed) and a larger number (maximum speed). Could the maximum speed be 4000 rpm rather than 400?

As an alternative to a Gerotor pump, "Innenzahnrad" could also be translated as "internal gear pump" (see attached datasheet). You could try Bosch-Rexroth, Voith Turbo, Bucher, Eckerle, Colfax (Imo pump) or Varisco.

micalbrch's link for trochocentric shows gerotor gear pumps. Trochocentric is in the OP description.

Yes, but the double clutch transmission pump shown in that link has a crescent separating the two gears. The company refers to this as a "crescent" pump rather than a "gerotor" pump and yet both could be described as Trochocentric. I just thought a conventional internal gear pump (with crescent) could be an adequate alternative to the problem pump - and there might be a greater choice of suppliers.

Whereas you can't normally go wrong to suggest contacting Parker Hannifin for absolutely anything, in some parts of the world Parker Hannifin has less of a presence and the OP might find some alternative names useful.

Thank you. I've requested additional info from my end-user , hopefully they will provide better description.

Guys,
Do you have any ideas what is the pump for? or what is the application?
The possibility i could not contact the end user is quite high since the request is using automated system and they missed out the contact information of the requester.
I bet in the future they are going to request similar pump since they already requested this kind of pump several months ago. For your information, the due date is this week!
There is a high chance that none of the suppliers know what it is and this will become a good challenge for me if i can at least provide alternative pump.

Yes, it pumps mind-reading fluid round the internet :)

Do you seriously expect a bunch of strangers to know what this pump is for?

I think at some point next week the end user is going to be disappointed and it won't be your fault because nobody, other than the original [unknown] supplier could identify that pump from the information you have been given.

It doesn't hurt to ask anyway, maybe other people might know what is the pump i'm asking.
I'll never give up :D

Maybe you should contact you local gypsy for a crystal ball session, you never know, do you?

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)

"Seal oil system". Pumping mammalian seal oil? Pumping lubrication oil to a shaft seal?
