Hydraulic pump selection, scavenge application

I am designing a hydraulic system. The main pump supplies light hydraulic fluid (24 LPM of Mobil Velocite 4) to hydrostatic bearings 10 meters from the main pump/reservoir.
I need to have a tank at the bearings to receive the oil as it drains, and in the event of a power failure, contain oil from the accumulator.
My problem is transfering the fluid back to the main tank.
I would like to mount a pump at the main tank and let it run continuously. This will 1)avoiding any controls on the reciever tank and 2) keep the reciever tank empty in the event of power faiure. This pump would need to draw the oil up as much as a meter, and run in a partial stream of oil for the most part. Is there a particular pump design/manufacturer suitable for this application?
Thanks....

Since you are in the design stage, can you place the main reservoir lower than the receiver reservoir? Then gravity can be the full time return mover even in the event of power failure. No scavenger pump required.

That is viable, though not preferred. In order to keep the receiver nearly empty, the bottom would need to be at the fluid level of the main tank placing it at or near the height of the hydrostatic bearing. This brings to mind skipping the receiver tank altogether. The receiver is needed though, because oil enters the receiver in multiple oil lines with varying concentrations of oil/air mixture requiring different separation techniques. We would not like to have multiple oil lines running back to the main tank and mounting this equipment on the main tank would eat up allot of precious real estate.
Thanks
