Hello Members,

My query is related to the inert gas flow calculation error, while running the calculation I got an error as "Iteration not successful". Can anyone guide me on how to tackle this? and may I know what exactly this error signifies?

Obviously, your software (like all pretty much) runs iterations trying to converge to balance flows and pressures, but it seems to be failing. Your best option is to contact the support of the software company. The very least I could say is to check your design criteria and play with pipe sizes, maybe number of nozzles, system geometry etc. Often complex systems lead to unacceptable results that can be mitigated, up to an extent, by changing the design.

Thanks for the response, well the pipes have been re-routed at the site and now we are stuck in this iteration error! I guess we are left with no choice instead go ahead with the current pipe sizes and contact Vds for support.
