Hi,

Could you tell me the shortest way to build the infinite line on two PLANES intersection.

Just how short should this infinite line be? From here to eternity, or only until the edge of the known universe? Should it have one end, or none?

Enough, already.

You can make a datum axis from the intersection of two plane.

Also, in a 3D sketch, you can constrain a line conicident with two planes. This line segment will be finite, but for purposes of adding constraints, it behaves "infinitely".

Right now I make a reference axis, draw the line and constrain my line with axis.
I am looking for simple, one click command in SW 2005.
Does it exist?

Not to my knowledge.

You can avoid making the axis by constraining the line coincident with 2 planes (2 separate constraints).
