Inspection to double jacketed tank

I have a double jacketed tank, of rectangular shape, 120 cum capacity and designed for 1 barg. Is there anyone who knows any standard/code/regulation giving requirements on the inspection on the jacket side of the tank ? Thanks for any help.

If in the US, the state that the vessel resides usually has a document called Boiler and Pressure Vessel Rules and Regulations. This is the governing document and it lists all the requirements or codes for design, construction, testing, and inspection within that state. This document will lead you to the ASME code or National Board code where appropriate. The timing and extent of inspection after the initial inspection is often subject to insurance company and corporate reliability rules. It can be as easy as a visual inspection and leak check or as in depth as UT to all welds. I work on a chemical processing facility with numerous jacketed vessels. The only inspection done after the initial construction inspection is a yearly visual inspection for leaks.

in your experience have you never seen vessel jacket of such dimensions to be inspected inside ? Do exist regulations requiring to inspect inside the jacket ?

Haven't seen a jacketed one that big or rectangular.
As for the inspections, every one of our vessels is inspected per ASME when fabricated (which includes UT or x-ray, and is only inspected visually for leaks or evidence of damage annually per the Virginia State Regulations and company requirements. There is no requirement that I know of for inspection of hidded jacketed parts after initial startup of coded vessels. You really need to ask your reliability department and you insurance carrier what they require for in-service inspection based on your process.
 
You are probably out of any jurisdiction exept some of them mention: City of los angeles; you are required to get an operation permit by the installing contractor, pay the fee 22dlls. and get a yearly permit. only a few companies doit but if your co. is in serious bus. it may be advanteous to get a permitfor protection from sharks a sosha and the same city 400dlls. fine.
1 barg is below 15psi and below any sec viii-1 requirements for code compliannce, still can be stamped if done per code,
but not required in the US.
You did not answer if the vessel is in the US. why?, it is very important in your requested info.

If you are really concerned about your vessel, get a jurisdiction PV Inspector or an Insurance or finally a private inspector to inspect it so you get the assurance of safety.
