PES- Energy efficiency & Environment friendly Auto-cleaning System for Central Air-conditioning
During the operation of central air-conditioning and heat exchanger, the scale deposit, dirt, germ and animalcule accumulated on the inner wall of heat exchanging tube will gradually corrupt and jam the tube. The heat-exchanging efficiency is reduced and energy consuming increased. 1mm thickness of scale deposit leads to whacking extra 40% power consumption. More serious scale deposit even causes abnormal operation of the system.
Existing solution of scale deposit is manually mechanical cleaning together with chemical solvent, whose disadvantages including system halt, off-line cleaning, erosion and abrasion, as well as plenty of chemical sewage and serious environmental pollution.
The PES system is a brand new solution as physical on-line auto-cleaning. It adopts absolute physical manner to ensure no scale deposit in condensation tube, remains the cleanliness for a long period, achieves the optimum cooling effectiveness. The PES system represents advantages as real time on-line cleaning, high efficiency (>96%), sterilization, pollution free, etc. Its high efficiency requires 10%~40% less energy than the traditional method. At the same time, the program can kill germs so as to prevent the cooling water from polluting the city environment. It brings us tremendous economic and social benefits
